I am briefing the milestones of Aria Telecom that how this organization leads itself in this field and recognized by the name India's leading company in IVRS, Dialer, IPPBX and Many More.
  • Milestone (2003) The first innovation which took place in Aria Telecom  was in the year of 2003 with the development of Aria Telephone Voice Recording Systems and Embedded auto-attended system having a feature of Music On hold facility..The Purpose of this recording device was to record the conversation held between two parties...but the usage and the method deployed  in this changes further. Milestone (2004) The invention takes place day by day and Mr. Saini keep trying to enhance the technical knowledge and implementing all these in their Products.This Dedication leads in the development of IVRS (Interactive voice Response Systems) which works on Dialogic Cards through which Pre-recorded voice play was played.This feature helps an individual to press a telephone button in reaching to desired answer. Milestone (2005) The design &creativity leads himself & Team Members to lead further in the direction to implement IVRS  tool kit  based on Asterisk.This methodology consists of advance features with moderated GUI.This technology make this system easier featuring customization their own call flow....This technology was having a feature to integrate   with MY SQL Database.Again in this year Mr. Saini came with new designs and compatibility In Telephone Voice Recording System having PCI Cards which were apparently providing good quality of recording with no losses of data Milestone (2006) Ravindra Saini isn't stop yet.He was continuously doing his job & researching on the sections which helps user to communicate at a single point with recording facility using authentication feature.This technology provides multiple people to communicate at single point with dedicated server at a point.This product was later named as Conference Bridge on Asterisk.Asterisk is as a backbone of PBX System and having a major role in any telecom products.This is the best method to build powerful,Scalable Business Products.The process of development on our end involves testing on large number of factors which assures for providing peak performance, excellent design, and simplified operation standard.   • Milestone (2007) Now he came with a new idea of IVRS based on Dongin Tool Kit.This kit helps to develop and design IVRS accordingly as needed.This is the method which enhances the technology and provide smooth facility for developers  to run IVRS without any interruption..This was specially designed at the time where the business was started growing and volume was so not huge...Now apparently  Mr.Ravindra saini provides this system with advanced features and guided his team to enrich this with all the benefits.  Milestone (2008) Thinking of Outbound calls was also in trend at the time where everyone is asking for the calling facility with prompt selection varying different options.Here IVRS was functionally transformed in Outbound IVRS which was very much helpful in Organization.This technology Is widely used in telemarketing Company &gained a very smooth facility.Again in this year team works accordingly to further move into the development of IVRS on Intel-Dialogic voice board with Advanced drag &drop GUI feature...This executes an important  tendency to work on XML technology without the dependency on Database.This Dialogic cards are very much used for an automated telephone system to allow various activity like conferencing,Dialing,Playing of an IVRS automatically.
